Shaka Ssozi and Edrine Opaala Mukisa were on target as 10-man Busoga United overcame Onduparaka 2-0 in a StarTimes Uganda Premier League game played on Wednesday at the FUFA Technical Center, Njeru.
Ssozi netted in the first half while Opaala was on target in the second half to secure all points for their side.
With 19 minutes on the clock, Ssozi headed in a brilliantly delivered Opaala corner kick.
While the pair was once again involved in the 76th minute with Ssozi this time assisting Opaala for the second of the game.
Busoga United had a man sent off late on in the game with Sanda Mulanda receiving his marching orders.
At the end of the 90, Busoga secured their third victory of the season and now move on 10 to points garnered in 13 games. They now have the same points as Soltilo Bright Stars and Onduparaka who sit 14th and 13th respective.
