Midfielder Sadam Ibrahim Juma has finally departed thirteen-time Uganda Premier League champions Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) FC .
On Sunday evening during the club’s weekly “KCCA TV” show on Sanyuka TV, the Kasasiro Boys announced the departure of the midfielder after the expiration of his contract.
“We thank you for the memories, and wish you the best in your journey,” KCCA TV Head of Communication Magero Moses Mwanje said during the KCCA TV show.
Sadam joined the lugogo based side in March 2017, signing a three-year employment contract, but spent most of his career at the club with recurring injuries.
At KCCA FC, Saddam Ibrahim Juma was known to many as a big game player and he never disappointed in the big games.
In his CAF Champions League debut for KCCA FC, He was on target versus Moroccan FUS Rabat in the game that ended 3-1 in favor of the Ugandan side.
He also netted in the CAF Champions league as the Kasasiro Boys defeated Al Ahly 2-0 in 2018 at the Mandela National stadium, Namboole
Saddam Juma joins a list of six other players who have been released by the club after Mike Mutyaba (retired), Eric Ssenjobe(Police), Jackson Nunda(URA), Jamil Malyamungu, Tom Ikara (Police), Erisa Ssekisambu.
Furthermore, Mustafa Kizza was sold to Major League soccer side Montreal Impact but was loaned back to the club until December.
