Head coach Charles Livingstone Mbabazi is reported to have parted ways with Startimes Uganda Premier league side Wakiso Giants on Monday evening.
The Uganda cranes assistant coach who penned down a 2-year contract with the Wakiso based side back in December, 2019 is set to leave the club after a run of unconvincing results.
Mbabazi is believed to have lost confidence in his dressing room after the club’s humiliting away 2-1 loss to Tooro United in Fort Portal early this month
Mbabazi leaves Wakiso giants routed in 9th position on log, having collected 25 points in 21 SUPL games.
Livingstone Mbabazi is going to pocket UGX 16 millions from Wakiso giants in terms of Compensation fees.
Former Vipers SC head coach Edward Golola is expected to be named interim coach for the rest of the 2019-20 SUPL season
