Oscar Muge: Centre rejoins KIU Titans


Centre Osar Muge has completed his move back to NBL outfits Kampala International University ( KIU) Titans.

Muge returns to the Titans on a two-year employment contract from JKL Dolphins, a side he joined last year before the league was suspended before start due to COVID-19 Situation in the country.

“I am happy to be back here” the Kenyan said at the unveiling before adding;

“I was here for four years and this is like home to me.I have been working individually and the goal is to go that extra mile and hopefully win it all.” Muge added.

During his first stint at KIU Titans, Muge helped the team to a National Basketball league final in 2017, where they lost it to City Oilers

Muge has quietly established himself as one of the best up-and-coming centers in the league. Muge shone under Brian Wathum at KIU Titans especially in 2017 and 2018 but was troubled by a knee injury in his last season with the Titans.

He joins Denis Balungu who earlier returned to KIU Titans after a short stint at Betway Powers
