Ndejje University secured the final quarterfinal spot in the Pepsi University Football League with a commanding 4-0 victory over Kumi University in Bombo on Friday evening.
The emphatic win saw Ndejje top Group B with 12 points, sealing their place in the knockout stage in style.
Ssemakula Frank opened the scoring in the 20th minute, before Musinguzi Davis doubled the lead with a stunning strike 12 minutes later.
In the dying minutes, Okello James netted twice, including an 89th-minute rebound, to complete the rout.
Elsewhere, Makerere University edged Victoria University 2-1, but their 11 points were not enough to top the group.
However, Kampala University (KU) secured a quarterfinal spot as the best second-placed team across all groups.
