Game week 4 of the Uganda National basketball league tipped off today with a total of six games across both men and women’s tier.
Namuwongo blazers cruised past KIU Titans with a 126-70 win at Abja Parks in Nalya, the largest margin so far, despite missing out on the services of Tony Drileba and Jimmy Enabu only managing three points.
Blazers still hard enough in their tank to outshine the runners up from the past two seasons, Innocent Ocera led the way with 24 points accompanied by Moses Mugisha and Arthur Wanyoto who each had a double-double of 23pts/15reb and 20pts/13reb respectfully whilst Daniel Odokonyero topped the Titans score chart with 18points.
Before this, Nabisunsa’s Mpoza Abigail made 27points as her side picked up its first win of the season, a 56-65 victory over Angels.
