Uganda Martyrs secured their first win of the season with a narrow 1-0 victory over newly promoted Tooro Queens at the NEC grounds in Bugolobi.
Auki Kigongo netted Martyrs only goal coming in late four minutes to close the opening half .
This was the Lubaga side’s first win of the campaign after three games mananging their first ever at the new home ground.
In Makerere, Kampala Queens continued to blow hot and cold with a win on the back of their heads.

This time round, Makerere happened to be a harder hunting ground, forcing a fourth draw in 6 games against Makerere WFC ending the match 0-0.
For Lady Doves, they drew one-all with Wakiso Hill thanks to Lydia Nyandera’s 20th minute which was leveled by Anitah Tezikya in the additional two minutes of the opening half.
