Ben Ocen’s lone strike hands Police first win


Midfielder Ben Ocen lone strike against kyetume FC in the first half was enough to hand the Cops their first win in the Startimes Uganda Premier League 2019-20 Season.This also condemned Kyetume FC to their second loss of the season stretching their winless run to 3 games since they beat up on Villa on the opening day of the season at Mandela National Staduim-Namboole.

The win leaves Police FC in relegation with 2 points out of the possible 15 after being docked 3 points by FUFA Disciplinary Committee for missing out on their opening day game against Onduparaka FC in Luzira Prisons Grounds.

On the other hand, Kyetume FC is just a point above relegation zone picking up 4 points out of possible 12 points.

Police FC will visit 13 placed Express FC on Friday, 4th October 2019 at Betway Muteesa ll Stadium_Wakulukuku While Kyetume FC will travel to Fort Portal on Saturday 5th October to face Tooro United FC.
