It was business as usual for Uganda’s She Cranes as it has been in the 2021 Africa Netball Championship.
The She Cranes eased past Kenya in a one-sided game played at Wanderers Sports Arena in Windhoek, Namibia.
The first quarter was tightly contested but Uganda won it 17-11. Uganda never looked back in the second quarter to balloon the lead to 19 goals by halftime.
In the third, Uganda restricted Kenya to only 9 goals and scored 19 to lead 56-27 going into the fourth quarter.
At the end of the game, Uganda defeated their neighbours by a difference of 33 goals (73-40)
She Cranes remain unbeaten in this year’s tournament having so far won all their six games.
They made light work of Tanzania in the first game(77-29) before they defeated Zambia 52-33 in the second game.
They went on to wallop away Botswana 81-30 in the third game before defeating Zimbabwe(74-47) and Namibia(62-36)
Uganda will return to action on Monday to take on Africa’s number one and summit leaders South Africa.
