Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin “Micho” Sredojevic has added more three foreign based players to his already provisional summoned squad in preparations for the 2023 AFCON qualifiers.
The three players that will join the Cranes camp for evaluation are Ibra Sekajja ( Dulwich Hamlet FC), Nathan Odokonyero ( Bognor Regis FC) and Tirhys Luknyomoi ( AFC Port Chester FC).
All these three players are forwards and ply their trade in England.
Luknyomoi will jet into the country on Tuesday while Sekajja and Odokonyero will arrive on Wednesday.
The trio join the six local based players that were added to the Cranes camp on Monday as they kickoff their preparations with a gym session at the Fast Fusion Indoor Facility in Bugolobi before training at the Kampala Quality playground.
Ibrahim Juma, Travis Mutyaba, Oscar Mawa, Emmanuel Kalyowa, Saidi Kyeyune and Denis Otim are the six that joined the team on Monday.
Uganda will open their campaign with an away fixture against Algeria on 4th June in Oran followed by a home game on 8th June with Niger at St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.
