Uganda Premier League side Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club ( URA FC) has announced the capture of left-back Andrew Isiagi.
The 23-year old joins the Tax Collectors as a free agent having run down his contract at Proline FC.
He puts pen to paper on a three year employment contract.
“URA FC can confirm that Andrew Okiring Isiagi has joined the club on a three-year deal. The 23-year-old completes this most anticipated move following his short-lived spell as a free agent” A statement by URA read.
Andrew is a young brother to former URA FC forward Daniel Opolot Isiagi who is currently plying his trade in South Africa.
Andrew Isiagi has also played for Police F in the Uganda Premier League.
He becomes the club third signing in the window after Simon Baligeya and Derrick Ndahiro.
The Tax Collectors will representing the nation in the CAF Confederation Cup this year and were drawn against Ethiopian Coffee FC in the preliminary round.
