Draws for this season’s Pepsi University Football League semi finals have been held today, 28th March, at Kati Kati in Kampala.
Islamic University In Uganda (IUIU) who make a return to this stage since 2018 will face St Lawrence University on 3rd and 10th April for the first and second leg consecutively.
Both will be looking at increasing their chances for a first ever title. In the quarter finals, IUIU eliminated double champions Kampala university while St Lawrence edged Ndejje.
Uganda Martyrs university Nkozi who eliminated back to back defending Champions Nkumba university await a boardroom decision by the leagues’ discplinery committee on whom they’ll face between Muteesa 1 Royal University and Bugema University.
These two had their quarter finals clash in Luweero abandoned due to violence amongst the fans. UMU will be in action against one of them on 8th and 15th April.
This season’s final will be played on 26th April in Lugogo.
