Team Uganda is flying high at the ongoing CAF African Schools U15 Championships in Ghana, securing semifinal slots in both the boys and girls categories. It’s been a display of grit, skill, and national pride as both teams rose to the occasion with statement performances.
After a surprising setback in their opening game, Uganda’s boys’ representatives, St. Mary’s Kitende, responded in style. Coached by Zungu Hassan, the team bounced back with dominant victories to book their place in the semifinals.
In their morning fixture, Kitende swept past Algeria with an emphatic 4-0 win. The goals came from Nabir Kajjumba, Livingston Kulata, Muhoozi Henry, and Pius Kabenge, each adding flair and purpose to the scoreline.
