Dennis Ojara, the new Caterpillar is confident that his new side will survive relegation.

“I know right now we are in a bad position just like our opponent Mbarara City, we are like both in a danger zone, but I can’t call it danger yet because we still have more games to play and as a team we can’t give up now until when its totally over,” Ojara said before adding;

“I know we are soon leaving that position, and by Wednesday’s game everyone is going to know that this is not our position to be in, according to our training, expect the best only, because we are ready to deliver everything we have in our hearts and bodies.

“The energy we have been keeping for long time, we will put it out.”

All eyes will be on The Ankole lions head coach Sadiq Sempigi who will be returning to his former clubs. Ssempigi worked at Onduparaka in 2019.

Mbarara City FC are yet to win away from home this season, managing only a draw against Police in November 2021.

“Its a difficult contest because we are aware about the situation we are in and there is nothing we are playing for right now apart from survival in order to get points that can make us stay in the league.” Sadiq Ssempigi said in the pre-match presser before adding;

“I am not looking at anything else right now, I am only looking at my team to give all their best, trying out to correct the mistakes we have done in previous games.”

Sc Villa Vs Gaddafi FC – FUFA TECHNICAL CENTER.

The last game of the day will see SC Villa host Gaddafi FC at FUFA Technical Center, Njeru.

Greek coach Petros Koukouras is under pressure of a sack as his side have gone eight games without a win since they defeated Tooro United at the end of December. They have managed 4 draws and 4 loses in that period and found the back of net only thrice.

This is a must win fixture for Villa given how tough their next three look like (Vipers, Police and Wakiso Giants)

Reports coming from the corridors suggest that top club officials have started talking with other coaches.

It remains to be seen if they can build from their previous result.

For Gaddafi FC, they find themselves 8th on the log, seven points above struggling SC Villa and can stretch that margin to 10 points with a win.

Peter Onen, who has made a difference in the club since he came in will be seeking to complete a league double over the Joggos.

“We had an upper hand in the first leg but this is a different game, our tactical approach is slightly going to change, they reinforced their squad so it’s a demanding match for either side because we are both not safe.” said Gaddafi FC head coach Peter Onen.
