It will be a battle of sides occupying sixth and seventh position on the Uganda Premier League log when BUL FC hosts Wakiso Giants on Saturday

Wakiso Giants sits sixth on the log with 27 points while BUL are a point below in seventh.

The purple sharks come into this game on the back a morale boosting 2-1 win over Busoga United that took them above BUL FC who lost 3-1 to leaders Vipers.

Having started well, the Eastern Giants haven’t been convincing in the last few weeks, winning just one of their last six games. Their last victory came in December against Arua Hill SC.

In an entertaining first leg, Wakiso Giants secured a win in a seven-goal thriller.

Tom Masiko scored the winner to add on Moses Aliro brace and Ivan Bogere strikes turning Ibrahim Kazindula brace and a wonder goal from Ibrahim Nsimbe into consolations.

BUL has all survived a blow in the just concluded transfer, their leading topscorer Musa Esenu left the club to join Rayon Sports and his replacement Karim Ndugwa will need time to settle in.

The Eastern Giants will be without Hillary Onek and Jerome Kirya who suffered fractures in their previous match, but the rest of the players are available for selection.
