Onduparaka Football Club hosts Gaddafi Football Club on Tuesday in a Uganda Premier League game at the AbaBet Greenlight stadium in Arua on Tuesday.
The Caterpillars come into the fixture on the back of a 1-0 defeat to KCCA FC while Gaddafi Football Club on the other side won 1-0 against with Mbarara City Football Club at the Gaddafi Arena in Jinja.
George William Lutalo, the head coach of Onduparaka , says the team has prepared well for the game and wants to go into the festive break with maximum points.
Ivan Okello, the assistant captain of Onduparaka has dubbed it a pay back time as the Caterpillars seek to secure their way from the relegation battle.
“The team is 100% prepared for the game and the good thing is that we have a fully fit squad. The first leg game we played against Gaddafi wasn’t a fair one and this is going to be pay back time, it’s going to be revenge,” said Ivan Okello.
“I would like to assure the fans that they should only expect a win against Gaddafi FC tomorrow.” he concluded.
Seven points separate the two sides and a win for 8th-placed Gaddafi will lift them up to 7th in the table while maximum points for the Caterpillars means they will go 10th with 20 points ( potentially leapfrogging Police and SC Villa)
