Eight StarTimes Uganda Premier league clubs have been pitted against each other in the Round of 16 of this year’s Stanbic Uganda Cup.
This was confirmed after the draws at the FUFA house in Mengo on Thursday morning
Express FC will face off URA FC, UPDF will take on Viper SC, Onduparaka battle SC Villa while Police FC face a Soltilo Bright Stars test
Express eliminated Kyetume in the round of 32 while URA knocked out Mbarara City
UPDF took care of Arua Hill while Vipers SC overwhelmed Busoga United in the two legged
Onduparaka narrowly defeated Luwero United 1-0 on aggregate while SC Villa battered Ndejje University.
While the last clash between the UPL clubs will see Police take on Bright Stars, who overcame a first leg deficits against Paidha Black Angels to storm the round of 16.
Other fixtures
The other four fixtures will involve top tier clubs against FUFA Big League entites.
Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club ( KCCA FC) will face Maroons
BUL FC Will take on the winner between Kitara and Kigezi HomeBoys while Proline will battle Mbale Heroes.
Tooro United will stand in Wakiso Giants way for a place in the quarter-finals.
