Two teams with little to fight for but pride come up against each other on matchday 27 of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League, in this late-season encounter.

Solitilo Bright Stars FC plays host to newbie Gadaffi FC hoping that home advantage will see them come out on top.

With Gadaffi just ahead in the league at the moment, Solitilo Bright Starts will know this is the ideal time to get one over their lower table foes and attempt to get past them before the end of the season.

Gadaffi’s assistant Head Coach Mubarak Wamboya will be hoping to see a repeat of the first round encounter between the two sides that ended in a 1-0 home victory for his side.

Gadaffi will face an uphill battle against Paul Kiwanuka and his lads at Solitilo Bright Stars as their stellar form is sure to follow them into today’s match.

The Soldier boys could be dangerous in today’s match as the frustration of their current slump might be the incentive they need to edge past their opposition.

Gadaffi will be without strikers Seif Batte and Frank Mulimi who are sidelined with injuries while Solitilo Bright Stars will miss Simon Ssemayange who’s nursing a muscle groin injury, James Angu and Mathias Okwalinga both nursing knee injuries, youngsters Ivan Irinimbabazi and Issa Bugembe out with school engagements.

Predicted Solitilo Bright Stars Starting Line-up:

Were, Odong, Ngobi, Warren, Katwe, Fiat, Youngman, Loki, Senkatuka, Janjali, Mugume

Predicted Gadaffi Starting Line-up:

Mutebi, Buchochera, Musamali, Magumba, Isinde, Kintu, Sibiri, Kyeyune, Serwadda, Muwawu, Kirya
