The FUFA Referees Disciplinary Panel suspended referee William Oloya from officiating football football games for six (6)months with immediate effect.

This is because Oloya cautioned two players Gavin Kizito Mugweri and Emojong Anthony Okimaru during the game between KCCA FC Vs NEC FC this season in the league but never reported the yellow cards in his final report.

The report being mentioned is that one submitted to FUFA and UPL Secretariat.

Therefore he has been suspended for six months and is set to undergo a refresher training session on reporting with an instructor appointed by the FUFA referees’ office.

In addition to that, Oloya will also present a report before completing his suspension.

On the same grounds, has KCCA FC lost their League game against Mbarara City FC by forfeiture for fielding Gavin Kizito who was then ineligible due to card accumulation.

Gavin Kizito.

The Lugogo based side have been stripped off three points and three goals despite having won the game 2-0 in Kakyeka thanks to goals from Ettiene Katenga and Emmanuel Anyama.

This leaves them 4th on the Uganda Premier League table with 24 points just like URA FC, one below now third placed Express FC.
