On Sunday, Prosper Kids League jerseys and sponsors were launched at City High School playground ahead of the anticipated kickoff on Saturday 9th April 2022.
Yo Kuku Chicken, Mighty Rides, Soft Plus and Royikema industries are the four sponsors that have joined the cause for the first edition that will comprise of kids between 3 years to 10 years with registration still ongoing.

At the unveiling, Prosper Academy Director Namanya said the passion for football inspired him to start up the initiative
“Football is about passion and since am passionate about the game, I was inspired to start up this project which I believe will develop and mentor young players in the country.” stated Namanya.
The first edition of the Prosper kids League is expected to consist of close to 12 teams.
