Ssembatya Sharif scored the winner as ten man Kampala University edged Gulu at home on Wednesday evening.
The visitors goal came eighteen (18) minutes to full time thanks to a thunderous free kick that found the back of the net past Komakech Douglas.

However in the game, just five (5) minutes after restart KU were reduced to ten men with
Kisa Yosia being sent off with a reckless tackle to earn him a second yellow.
This victory takes Kampala University top of Group D with 6 points, two more than Gulu who sink to second.
On Thursday 24th October, we will witness Group A action as IUIU hosts ISBAT University in Mbale at 3pm.
