Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia roared with passion as Juventus faced Morocco’s Wydad AC in a memorable FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ showdown, the match that pushed total tournament attendance past one million.

Among the crowd was 14-year-old Rachida Elomari from Virginia, honored as the symbolic millionth fan. For her, it was more than just a game, it was a dream come true.

“My parents promised me two years ago that if Wydad made it to the U.S., we’d go,” she said, eyes shining.

“I’ve only seen World Cups on TV. Being here, watching the best clubs live it’s just unbelievable.”

It was Rachida’s first time in a football stadium, and her story captures the spirit of this expanded 32-team tournament, football brought closer to fans around the world.

“This is for people like us,” she said. “We love international clubs, but usually we’d have to fly across the world to see them.”

Since the opening whistle, fans have brought energy and color to stadiums across the 12 host cities. So far, 1,094,686 supporters have attended the first 30 matches, with an average of 36,490 per game.

The most attended match to date was Paris Saint-Germain vs. Atlético de Madrid, packing 80,619 into the Rose Bowl. Other standout crowds include:

  • 70,248: Real Madrid vs. CF Pachuca (Charlotte)
  • 63,587: Bayern Munich vs. Boca Juniors (Miami)
  • 62,415: Real Madrid vs. Al Hilal (Miami)
  • 60,927: Al Ahly vs. Inter Miami (Miami)

With 31 matches still to go, the momentum shows no signs of slowing. Tickets remain available at FIFA.com/tickets, and matches are streaming free on DAZN, FIFA’s broadcast partner.

For Rachida who plays the game herself, the experience is more than just fun. “Football keeps us healthy and away from trouble,” she smiled. “And it brings people together.”.
