Brian Wathum, the KCCA Panthers head Coach after their league opener talked about the need for improvement in ball movement, rebounding and transitional defence in the key areas

“My job is to make them better players. We have a long way to go and we have many things to polish as the season goes.” he said

“Ball movement, Rebounding and Transitional defence are the Key areas where we need to improve.” he added

“My target is for the team to play better and compete hard, I do not care what position we finish in. A play-off position will be nice but my target is to improve them, be aggressive because this is a tough league and if you are soft, you do not have a place here.” he concluded.
