KCCA FC defeated Mbale Heroes by a 5-0 score in the Startimes Uganda Premier League match played at MTN Omondi stadium in Lugogo.
The Kasasiro boys head coach Abdallah Mubiru praised the performance of his side as they returned to winning ways and anticipated better moments ahead as they moved to the 6th position with 28 points.
“I thank the almighty for the positive result in today’s game after going several games without winning, it gives us a good feeling as our confidence levels are now starting to raise up. It is evident that better moments are ahead of us,” said Abdallah Mubiru the KCCA FC head coach.
He went ahead to thank his players for the tirelessly efforts on the pitch.
“I thank the players for the efforts they put in today’s game which is too much and they showed that on the pitch. We are looking forward to use this moment and make sure that we get the consistency of seeing the team winning in similar situations and even better. We need to stay calm and focused as we set eyes on our targets.”
KCCA FC will return to action in the Uganda Premier league on Thursday 13th March as they visit UPDF FC in Bombo.
