Mayanja, Mugisha banned and fined by FUFA

After suspending KCCA striker Tshisungu Kankonde due to the incidents that happened in the game between Vipers and KCCA in Kitende, the FUFA Competitions Disciplinary Panel has gone forward to also suspend KCCA ’s head coach Jackson Mayanja for two games under Article 31.

The ban is accompanied a UGX 1,000,000 fine and this means Mayanja will miss KCCA’s immediate games against Express and BUL FC at Lugogo.

Under the same Article 31 of the FUFA Competition Rules the other two were banned, Vipers goalkeeper coach Ibrahim Mugisha followed suite. In addition to the red card given to him by the match official.

He will miss a total of the next four physically played games by Vipers be it home or away.

Mugisha has will also pay up to UGX 1,000,000 which is to be paid by the completion of his entire suspension.
