Uganda Cranes winger William Kizito Luwagga has completed his move to Azerbaijan Premier League side Sabail FC.
This was confirmed by the club after the former Vipers SC put pen to paper on a one-year employment contract.
Luwagga has been a free agent since his contract with Hapoel Nof Hagalil expired at the end of last season.
Last season at Hagalil, he found the back of the net twice in 25 league games as the Israeli side was relegated to the second division of the Israeli Football League.
The Ugandan player has previously featured for Vipers SC, Leixoes, Covilha, Rio Ave, Politehnica Lasi, Bate Borisov, Hapoel Kfar Saba and Shakhter Karagandy.
He is capped 38 times with the Uganda Cranes, having made his debut in 2012.

Sabail was established in 2016 and immediately joined the Azerbaijan First Division. it hosts it’s game at 3,200-seater Bayil Stadium.
Last season, they finished 8th on the league table and reached the quarterfinals of the Azerbaijan Cup.
