Kisenyi FC continues to assert its dominance in the betPawa Futsal Super League, this time making a clean sweep of the May Monthly Awards.
For the Luka Pharmacy Coach of the Month, Nsereko Brian Kezron took the top honour after guiding his side through an impressive run in May.
His sharp tactical decisions and ability to extract peak performances from his squad earned him deserved recognition from the Futsal Super League technical panel—marking his first time winning the award.
On the pitch, Mohammed Abdulkadir was named Ssaka Bulk Hauliers Player of the Month, becoming the latest Kisenyi star to shine in a team brimming with attacking quality.
Abdulkadir was instrumental in May, contributing both goals and assists that powered Kisenyi to crucial victories and a Futsal Super League Frenzy Edition Crown.
This double win comes just one month after Ilyas Omran, another Kisenyi talent, clinched the April Player of the Month award following a stunning 12-goal haul in four matches—including a six-goal spectacle against Crown Lubiri. Omran’s April win marked the club’s second individual accolade of the season, having followed Waleed Bashir’s February triumph.
Now, with three Player of the Month wins and a first Coach of the Month award, Kisenyi FC becomes the third team this season to win both categories in the same month—the first one was Mengo City in January while Edgars Youth Programmee also took the individual double in March.
