Day Four of the Mukono T20 Cup delivered drama, tension, and brilliant individual performances at Florida Cricket Ground.

Kayunga Titans stunned the Njeru Warriors in a gripping morning clash, while Buvuma Sailors ended Lugazi Trekkers’ unbeaten streak in an emphatic afternoon win.

The tournament table tightened, keeping fans on the edge of their seats.

In the morning fixture, Njeru Warriors elected to bowl first, confident in their attack.

Kayunga Titans, however, stumbled immediately, losing wickets in quick succession.

Only London Timothy Muhanguzi and Sudais Mpagi resisted, both scoring 13.

Edwin Nuwagaba led the Warriors’ charge, finishing with a sharp 3/11, reducing the Titans to a modest 57 all out.

Chasing 58, Njeru Warriors seemed poised for an easy win—but Sudais Mpagi produced a fiery, match-turning spell.

Taking 4 wickets for just 10 runs in 3.5 overs, he sparked a collapse that saw the Warriors bowled out for 52.

Key contributions from Martin Bwogi, Lwanga Brain, and London Timothy ensured a dramatic 5-run victory for the Titans, with Sudais earning Player of the Match honors for his all-round brilliance.

The afternoon clash saw Lugazi Trekkers set a challenging total after winning the toss.

Jaffer Ochaya scored 30 and Hamid Munigwa 39, but it was captain Christopher Kidega who stole the show, smashing an unbeaten 69 off 47 balls, including six sixes, guiding Trekkers to 155/2.

Buvuma Sailors answered confidently.

Simon Ssesazi provided a rapid 31, while Calvin Watuwa anchored the chase with a composed 54 not out off 38 deliveries.

Joined by Robert Ajuna , who remained unbeaten on 25, the Sailors reached 156/4 in 16.5 overs, sealing a six-wicket win and halting Trekkers’ perfect run.

Watuwa was named Player of the Match.

Day Four reshaped the standings, with Buvuma Sailors leading unbeaten, Lugazi Trekkers close behind, and Kayunga Titans celebrating a first win.

The action continues tomorrow at 9:00 AM as Kayunga Titans face Mukono Development, followed by a 2:00 PM clash with Buvuma Sailors—promising more thrills and twists in the Mukono T20 Cup.
