Jacob Kiplimo, the world half marathon record-holder narrowly missed out on gold at the Copenhagen half marathon on Sunday.
Sebastian Sawe, the world champion from Kenya edged out Kiplimo by a mere four seconds, claiming the top spot with a personal best time of 58:05.

Joining these two on the podium was another Kenyan Isaia Lasoi who finished third.
Another Ugandan athlete in action over the weekend was Peruth Chemutai, the Olympic silver medalist finished with a bronze in the 3000m steeplechase at the diamond league meeting in Brussels on Saturday night.
