Matchday 8 of the Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League produced major shifts at the top, with Kawempe Muslim stretching their lead and Kampala Queens suffering their first defeat of the season.

At Prison Ground, Luzira, She Maroons stunned Kampala Queens 2–0, with Doreen Nakayiwa starring—scoring the opener and winning the penalty converted by Lillian Kasuubo. A moment of silence was held before kickoff in honor of the late Faustine Nalugwa Kiyingi, a former She Maroons player and performance analyst.

League leaders Kawempe Muslim maintained their perfect run, edging Lady Doves 1–0 through an early Asia Nakibuuka strike, extending their lead to five points and reinforcing their status as title favorites.

At Njeru, She Corporate returned to winning ways with a 2–0 victory over Rines SS, courtesy of second-half goals from Sandra Kisakye and Rebecca Nakato, while right-back Nandhego Rebecca earned Woman of the Match.

The weekend also produced the league’s first hat-trick, as Edinah Nasipwondi fired Amus College to a 3–0 win over Makerere University. St Noa Girls-Zana continued their rise with a convincing 4–0 win over Asubo Ladies, led by a brace from Dorcas Lwalisa.

The Uganda Martyrs vs Olila fixture was not played and has been referred to the FUFA Competitions Department.
