Four added to Uganda U20 Women’s camp in Njeru

Uganda U-20 Women’s National Team head coach Ayub Khalifan has added four members to the group currently preparing to face Kenya in the return leg of the FIFA U20 Women world Cup qualifiers.

The team is currently at the FUFA Technical Center, Njeru in a residential camp ahead of the second leg.

The new faces are Ronah Regina Nantege, Phiona Nabulime, Winnie Kwatulira and Allen Nassazi.

These four will join goalkeeper Saidat Namwanje who never travelled with the team to Kenya despite being part of the initial squad.

Uganda whitewashed Kenya 7-2 at the Nyayo International Stadium, Kenya are currently preparing for the second leg on Friday, 8th October at the St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.

The winner on aggregate between Uganda and Kenya faces either South Africa or Mozambique at the next (second) round of qualification.
