Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin Sredojevic has made just one change in his starting lineup  for the FIFA World Cup qualifiers game with Rwanda.

From the team that defeated Rwanda 1-0 on Thursday, youngster Aziz Kayondo has been handed his debut and replaces Khalid Aucho who sits out due to suspension after picking up his second yellow.

The rest of the players that started against Rwanda on Thursday have maintained their places.

Uganda sits second in group E with five points garnered in three games, just tell points below Mali.
