Uganda Boxing Federation (UBF) launched the second edition of the Uganda Corporate Boxing Experience at the Paradise Gym in Kamwokya on Tuesday 22nd October 2024.
This time round it will see Ebonies duo actresses Fauzia Nakiboneka and Laura Ndagire take each other on – on Saturday 9th November 2024, at the NCS Indoor Arena in Lugogo.

Ebonies are Uganda’s most successful and long-standing stage drama group after being founded in 1977.
This upcoming Nakiboneka – Ndagire fight will be a non-competitive bout, adding a fun and thrilling dimension to the Corporate Boxing Experience.
“We are training well and hope to give you the best, but only Laura will let you know the magnitude of my punches.” an excited Nakiboneka cited
Adding that; “Laura is dead meat, this is serious I am going to box her to the end”
In reply a happy Laura Ndagire went on to say; “If am dead meat, an ambulance should be ready to wait for Fauzia outside the venue”
“She is a queen on stage and TV but I will be a champion in the ring” she added
Concluding that; “We are encouraging women to take part in this game. It has many beautiful benefits, especially for health and self-defense.”
This Corporate affair follows one where socialite Shakib Lutaaya triumphed over media personality JK Kazoora.
The Uganda Boxing Federation President Moses Muhangi too had a lot to say about the fight but most notably;

“Nobody is supposed to organize these corporate fights apart from without consent from Uganda Boxing Federation” he said
“These fights since they are not professionals, a lot has to be considered the safety, environment, opponents among others but we are open to guiding those who are interested in organizing such events.” He added
Concluding that; “I declared that I would like to have a match with Eng. Moses Magogo not beef but it is all about promoting and growing the sport”
