A wonderful weekend it was for Ugandan professionals abroad in their respective Leagues as Umar Kasumba and William Wadri netted for Bandari, while Jordan Obita assisted the winner for Wycombe Wanderers- This is how they featured in their respective leagues over the weekend.

Starting off in England, Uche Ikpeazu Mubiru featured for 85 minutes for Midlesbourgh FC as they defeated Cardiff United in the English Championship.

Jordan Obita featured full-time and also provided an assist for the winner as Wycombe Wanderers salvaged a 2-1 victory over Crewe Alexandria, while Elvis Bwomono was absent as Southend United lost 3-0 to Dag and Red in the Football National League.

In Ireland, Melvyn Lorenzen was introduced for Walter Figuera in the 78th minute as Sligo Rovers drew 2-all with Finn Has in the League of Ireland Premier Division.

In Scotland, Bevis Mugabi featured full-time for Motherwell as they lost 2-1 to Dundee United.

In Denmark, Moses Opondo was introduced on I the 76th minute for Troels Klose as Odense Boldkub drew 1-all with Silkeborg.

In Portugal, Edrisa Lubefa was absent from the matchday squad as Estrella da Amadora secured a 2-1 victory over Feirense in the Portuguese LigaPro.

In the Czech Republic, Isaac Muleme featured full-time and was yellow-carded for Viktoria Zizkov as they lost 6-1 to Open in the Czech Republic National Football League.

In the USA, Mustafa Kizza was an unused substitute as Montreal Impact drew 1-all with Toronto in Major League Soccer while another Kizza, Edward was absent from the matchday squad as his side, New England Revolution drew 2-all with Orlando City.

Mike Azira came on in the 62nd minute for Saalih Muhammad as New Mexico United lost 22-0 to RGV Toros in the United States League while Steven Sserwadda started and featured for 70 minutes as his New York Red Bulls II side lost 2-0 to Miami FC 

In Sweden, Isaac Ssewakambo and Ronald Mukiibi were absent as Ostersunds FK lost 3-4 to Hammarby in the Swedish Allsvenskan.

In CAF Champions League, Taddeo Lwaga featured for Simba SC as they were eliminated from the competition following a 3-1 loss to Jwaneng Galaxy.

In Congo, there were ugly scenes at Joseph Ochaya’s club, TP Mazembe who were eliminated following a loss to Amazulu FC on away goals rule after a 1-all draw in Congo.

Denis Onyango also started in goal as Mamelodi Sundowns defeated As Maniema 2-0 to progress to the group stages while Deogracious Ojok started for Tusker FC as they lost 4-0 to Zamalek to get knocked out of the CAF Champions League.

In the CAF Confederation Cup, Mathias Kigonya featured full-time as his side, Azam FC lost 1-0 to Pyramids FC and got eliminated at the qualification round.

In Kenya, Ugandan pair Umar Kasumba and William Wadri were on target as Bandari United narrowly defeated AFC Leopards 2-1 in the Federation of Kenya Premier League.

In South Africa, Isma Watenga was an unused substitute as Chippa United drew goalless with Moroka Swallows in the DSTV Premiership. Moses Waiswa was also an unused substitute as Supersports United lost 2-1to Kaizer Chiefs.

In Algeria, Allan Okello featured full time and helped his side, Paradou AC secure a 1-0 victory over Chiefs in the Algeria Ligue 1.

In Zambia, both Shafik Batambuze and Hashim Ssempala featured as their side, Kabwe Warriors defeated Prison Leopards 2-0 in the Zambia Premier League.

In Isreal, Luwagga Kizito featured for 83 minutes as his side Hapoel Nof Hagalil lost 4-0 to Maccabi Petach Tikva in the Isreal Premier League.
