Forward Denis Mwemezi has completed his move to Stanbic Uganda Cup champions BUL FC, Touchline Sports sources can confirm.
The forward joins the Eastern Giants as a free agent following the expiration of his employment contract at Vipers SC.
He has put pen to paper on a two-year employment contract until the end of the 2023/24 season.
Mwemezi had been at the Venoms since the start of the 2019/20 season when he joined the club after impressing for Ssese during the 2019 Airtel Masaza Cup. He had found the back of the net seven times in that campaign.
When official, he will become BUL’S fourth addition this window after Frank Kalanda, Ronald Otti Ocitti and Emmanuel Obua
The Jinja based side has also renewed employment contracts of Simon Peter Oketch, Martin Aprem and Reagan Kalyowa.
BUL FC will represent Uganda in next season’s CAF Confederation Cup after defeating Vipers SC 3-1 in the Stanbic Uganda Cup final in Masindi.
