- Buikwe Red stars 3-2 Uganda Sports Arena
Collins Wafula scored a hat trick that secured three leads for Buikwe Red stars in a 3-2 win over Uganda Sports Arena at the Buikwe playground on Sunday evening.
Wafula opened up the score for the home team in 6th minute but Swaib Ndugwa equalised for the visitors just a minute into the break.
Following a 1-1 half time result, Wafula once again fired the hosts to an early second half lead in just a minute but again Twaif Lubwama levelled the matters in 79th minute.
Four minutes later Wafula stood strong to restore the lead going onto win the thrilling game as the Red Stars changed their fortunes from a 2-1 loss to Manyangwa in the last outing.
In the same league and group Ssezibwa, Manyangwa continued their fine form by beating Nantabulirirwa 3-1.
Ramathan Mwanga netted a brace and Ivan Nyombi added on another for the home team while Frank Ssenabulya scored consolation for the new comers.
In Katonga group, Kajjansi United through Simon Wisdom Kasajja only goal defeated Kiwanga United 1-0 in a Entebbe derby played at Uganda Clays grounds.
