Buddu FC emerged 1-0 winners in the opening match of the 2025 Masaza Cup opening match played at Kitovu Sports Arena.
Crispus Sseruwuge scored the only goal to hand Buddu victory as they started their title defence campaign with a sounding victory.
A midfield dominated by Nicolas Jjonga gave the hosts rhythm as they dominated the game from the start putting Gomba on the receiving end defending their hearts out.
