Bright Joseph Vuni: defender finally unveiled at Arua Hill

New Uganda Premier League entrants Arua Hill SC has completed the signing of defender Joseph Bright Vuni from UPDF FC.

This was confirmed by the club on Monday morning after the defender put pen to paper on a four-year employment deal.

“Versatile defender Bright Joseph Vuni joins us from UPDF FC on 4 year deal.” the club announced.

Vuni joins the Arua based side as a free agent, having run down his contract at UPDF.

Vuni has also played for Mawoogola and Gomba Ssaza side in the Masaza Cup and it was from here , he was earned promotion to the UPDF senior team last season, signing a one-year employment contract.

Vuni joins other signings at the club that include Innocent Maduka, Yusuf Ssaka, Adama Junior, Samuel Ssekamate, Rashid Toha among others.

Arua Hill finished last season unbeaten in the Elgon group of the StarTimes FUFA Big League and hence they were promoted to Uganda’s top tier league.

They also defeated Tooro United in the promotional final.
