The Uganda Bombers team captain Shadir Musa Bwogi qualified to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics after securing a win against Ghana’s Lartey Sessie in the Welterweight Box-off match on Saturday 29th February at the Africa Olympic qualifiers in Dakar Senegal. Shadir Musa eliminated Nafital Alfonso of Angola at the quarter-final round, but was defeated by Cameroon’s Albert Mengue in the semis.
