betPawa FSL: Park FC dethrone Crown Lubiri off Summit after ending unbeaten run

Defending champions Park FC took no time to return to the BetPawa Futsal summit after handing Crown Lubiri their first loss on Friday evening at the Old Kampala Futsal Arena.

Park won the game with a 3-1 result thanks to goals from Red hot Abasi Muluya Junior who was crowned the December Ssaka Bulk Hauliers Player of the Month

Michael Abura and Joshua Asiku scored Park’s second and third respectively after Abdinasir Omar had given Crown Lubiri a glimpse of hope through the spot kick, later turning into a consolation.

The win sent Park FC to the League summit with 24 points in nine games, two more than Crown Lubiri who sit in second at the moment.

For Mengo City, they managed to put 7-0 past Nansana ASKA, with Sharifu Opuuli and Ian Tugume netting a brace and hat-trick respectively.

On the same day, Kisenyi gave up 3-0 lead only to draw 4-4 with Lubaga Grameen after Kabowa Dream Team beat Kisugu FC 5-3 in a close game.

Kabuusu Clouds on the other side came from goals down to thrash a youthful & bottom-placed Edgars Youth Programmee 8-3.
