Mozambique national have been appointed by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to officiate Uganda’s do-or-die 2021 AFCON qualifiers game against Malawi in Blantyre on Monday.
Celso Armindo Alvacao will be the center referee and will be assisted by Arsenio Chadreque Maringule and Olivio Adriano Saimone as the first and second Assistants.
Simōes Bernado Guambe, also from Mozambique has been appointed the fourth official while Comoros’ Soilihi Msahazi will be the match commissioner.
The Referee Assessor will be Tsothletho Enock Molefe from South Africa while the COVID-19 officer is Precious Kadzamira from Malawi.
Uganda play Malawi on Monday evening in a do-or-die 2021 AFCON qualifiers last group game at the Kamuzu Stadium.
The Uganda Cranes sit second on the log in group B with 8 points garnered in 5 games and any positive result against Malawi on Monday will seal them a third consecutive AFCON finals berth.
